"The location is fantastic for the sights of Central London and close to tube and rail terminus. The views from our very generously sized room were fantastic, stretching from St Paul's, along the river to Westminster. The staff were generally very welcoming and helpful, although breakfast service was a bit haphazard. As said, our 8th floor room was large and had everything we could want, although the fixtures and fittings were a little tired and could do with an upgrade. I would say that is is closer to a 4 star experience rather than 5 star, but the location outweighed any negative aspects of our stay. If you are lucky enough, as we were, you may even get to see behind the scenes at the National Liberal Club and walk in Winston Churchill's footsteps. We would happily stay again."

If you love history, I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Churchill's War Rooms which are a 10 minute walk away. There is a strong historic link between the hotel and the attraction. We would also like to thank Million, one of the concierge team for looking after us so well.

Great location. I think that it is worth getting a river view room. Directly opposite the London Eye. If you are visiting London you won’t find a better view.
