About the villas
Bay Retreat Villas are set on the edge of St Merryn Park and sleep up to six people.

Each has an open-plan ground floor, with kitchen, lounge, and dining areas. Kitchens include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fridge and separate freezer, plus utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The kitchen leads to a dining area with a table and chairs, and on to a lounge with a TV and a double sofa bed.

Upstairs, each villa has a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Villas have a private garden with furniture, plus a timber-decked terrace leading on to small lawn or gravel area

About the area
Padstow, where foodie gems and independent boutiques neighbour old pubs and fisherman's cottages, is 15 minutes' drive away. While you're there, you could indulge in a Cornish pasty while watching fishing boats dock, or hunt down arty homeware shops hidden down cobbled lane.

From Padstow Harbour, you can hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin, or head to the sand dunes at Rock on the Black Tor ferry, which runs every 20 minutes (charges apply). Porthcothan and Harlyn bays are less than 10 minutes' drive from the villas, and Newquay, the Eden Project, and Bedruthan Steps are within 35 minutes' drive

Getting there
Bodmin Parkway railway station is around 30 minutes' drive away, but we strongly recommend travelling by car to access the villas most easily. Each villa has one free allocated parking space. There is also free overflow parking available.
