Food in the Restraunt was way over priced very small portions didn’t enjoy it at all.
All in all it was ok carpet in room needed changing pictures and things on walls we’re hanging off screws that you could visibly see just lots of small things just need more attention, breakfast in a morning was cheap sausage, cheap jam looked like jar mushrooms not fresh again small things need changing in order to bring it up to scratch price wasn’t to bad but would expect the few changes to make it worthwhile

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was first class. Breakfast was varied and offered me all of my dietary needs. The evening meal could be described as fine dining. I have never had such a delicious meal.

Parking was easy and always available. The gardens had been designed around an oriental theme and were well kept. The situation of the hotel on the main road between Tenby and Saundersfoot was ideal.

It was very cold in the bar/restaurant and the manager didn't take the hint!
there's a Guest Lounge which was equally chilly.
Food at the Chinese was okay (7/10), but the Thai wasn't particularly nice (2/10) and certainly not 'special' in the way that it had been sold.
Both restaurants were anxious for us to leave by 21:30
the bar was expensive and quite limited with beer and wine and non-alcoholic choices.
Breakfast was quite nice but simply awful tea and coffee.
Attentive, smiley and helpful staff. 'Front of House' was a bit intense for me, but that's my failing!

All the staff were really welcoming. Ate in the restaurant on both nights of our stay. Definitely chef's special is worth a try. Not many other patrons so quiet atmosphere and the restaurant was cold. Hotel is located a little way out of Saundersfoot with a large car park but it is not easy to walk to the centre although there is a bus service nearby.

Would definitely recommend the hotel as somewhere different with excellent service. Their advertised afternoon tea looked nice but unfortunately it didn't fit into our plans.

Highly recommend the restaurant adjoining the hotel, Locky’s. The reception team provided us with some excellent maps of the area which made for some wonderful days out. It’s a very well cared for outdoor area too.

In a good location, only a couple of minutes drive from Saundersfoot. The rooms were a good size and very clean, we slept really well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of cooked fresh food. We had the pancakes which were delightful. We ate in the Lokky Asian restaurant in the evening which was delicious. Would recommend.

We booked this hotel for the experience of Lockeys restaurant as well as a 2 night stay in the hotel.
Whilst the hotel was ok. the restaurant wait time was appalling. We booked a time slot of 7pm weeks in advance. After we were shown to our table, there was no service until 25 minutes later -not even a chance to order a drink whilst we could peruse the menu. two lots of people entered the restaurant after us and were served within 10 minutes. We could not attract our waiters attention. When the waiter eventually came to our table we placed our order but then we were told there would be a 35/40 minute wait. At this point we grabbed our coats and left in disgust. We had booked this restaurant for our next night stay, but could not go through that experience again so we cancelled. Obviously there is a big problem with communication to the customer. We should have been told upon sitting at our table there would be a delay and we could have had a drink whilst waiting. It looks to me that staff training/management is weak

Spent two nights here celebrating my husband’s birthday. Staff had left him a card and Happy Birthday wording on the bed which was such a lovely touch! Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to order and quality ingredients. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived early but were able to book in and leave luggage if we wanted to while we waited for the room to be ready. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were great and the food in the restaurant in the evenings was delicious.

Decor appears good but not finished, poor ceilings and carpets. Needs a lift. Our room was noisy from about 0700, restaurant preparing for breakfast etc? Bathroom was very slippy even when not wet. Breakfast very good, dinner fancy and expensive but we had a good time.

Very clean hotel in an Asian style, friendly staff, good breakfasts cooked to order. We ate in the restaurant one night with pan Asian cuisine of decent standard, a little bit pricey. We stayed in room12 which was very spacious, very soft mattress which was a bit like a trampoline. Decent bathroom with good towels.

Although the location states Saundersfoot it is 2 miles inland at Wooden and situated on the A478 which is quite busy and subsequently noisy if you have windows open. However quite handy if you are touring around Pembrokeshire.

Excellent value, very clean and spacious modern rooms with everything that’s needed. Staff couldn’t do enough, enquired about walks and bus times and the next thing we had a printed off route and timetable through our door. Food is superb, if in the area it’s worth going for a meal alone. We had two nights and ate mediocre in Saundersfoot itself the first night, second night ate at the hotel and wished we’d done so both nights. Beautiful asian flavours, meal to remember.

What an amazing place this is.. just after booking we were contacted by the friendly staff who kindly booked us into Lokky’s as the availability for our trip wasn’t yet in the system. Good job as the restaurant was extremely busy with fellow guests and locals alike. The pan Asian food was so tasty with the decor and ambiance making it something special.
Our room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and Welsh cakes perfect after our long drive. The staff are so helpful on reception, breakfast was freshly cooked once you ordered with a large variety of hot choices to compliment the cereals/fruit/yogurts as juices.

As soon as we arrived we saw gardens and a water feature. The reception was beautifully decorated, as was every room we entered. The staff were very friendly and stayed so through the stay. We were show around the hotel, never had that before.

clean in all areas, the decor was soothing We had a deluxe room which was roomy and pleasant. Lovely lounge available to use. Good bar with acceptable prices. The food in the restaurant was very good with ample choices in starters, mains and dessert. Similarly the breakfasts which gave us a good start to the day.

It is also close to Tenby and Saundersfoot which are both worth a visit for different reasons.

Nice hotel only was a little disappointed by the room we were given as part of the deal we paid extra for a deluxe super king room but nothing like the picture on Travelzoo quite dated inside small room massive bathroom too big for what was in it and it was cold the floor was cold no bathroom window tiny window in main room also the breakfast area was freezing in the morning so the tea went cold quickly breakfast was lovely and the Lokkeys restaurant was very good

We had a great stay at this small hotel which is very close to Saundersfoot. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the bed particularly comfortable which is always a big bonus. We were shown one of the themed bedrooms which was very impressive. If the weather had been better during our stay, we would have definitely sat out in the garden which was really pretty and well thought out.
Whilst staying we booked into their pan Asian restaurant Lokky's. It was excellent and very busy so worth booking a table. The breakfast was also very good with the staff happy to make sure you had everything you wanted. It is only a very short drive to many of the lovely beaches in the area so we didn't feel it detracted from our stay to be slightly set back from the coast.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came early May Bank Holiday weekend. Conveniently situated off the main road. Service was great from the team. Sadly hotel not within walking distance of Saundersfoot but didn’t detract from the experience. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful staff. Would certainly stay again.

We had a very warm welcome. Our large room had everything we could need and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant has oriental decorations with comfortable seating and the food is good. The bar is welcoming and offers indoor seating as well as a lovely large outdoor patio. Breakfast is cooked to order and there is lots of choice.

The room was comfortable, spacious and well decorated in an Asian style. I would have liked an electric socket by the bed to charge my phone instead of charging it elsewhere in the room. The restaurant was excellent t both in food and service. Breakfast was good if a little limited in choice and all staff were friendly and helpful.
